Taylor Vadon grew up in Cloverdale CA with family roots deep in agriculture da ng back to the days when prunes were the major crop. Taylors diverse path in agriculture started 14 years ago while a ending school in San Luis Obispo. Soon aer moving down, a fortuitous opportunity from a friend arose to manage and expand a local lemon grove. That experience led him to a end Chico State University where he received his B.S in Plant Science and soon aer gained his PCA and QAL licenses. Before coming to Atlas Vineyard Management, Taylor had a successful career as an agronomist for Sakata Seed in the Central Valley but it wasn't un l he moved back to Sonoma County in 2015 to work for Clendenen Vineyard Management that he found his true passion in vi culture. At Clendenen Vineyard Management Taylor started as head of new vineyard development but quickly became an integral part of the vit team. After almost five years in his position Taylor had an opportunity to learn and gain sales experience as the North and Central Coast Technical Sales Representave for BioSafe Systems. At BioSafe he worked closely with distributors, PCA’s and growers to provide product support and identify areas for growth while conducting R&D trials to gain better understanding of applications and uses in different crops. Taylor is excited to apply his diverse knowledge and skills to produce high quality wine grapes and give excellent service to Atlas customers while contributing to their success.
