April Hunter grew up in Napa and has over 30 years of financial and accounting experience. She began her career in 1986 in the banking industry, before moving to Newton Vineyard in 2000 as head of their payroll and accounting department. By the time she left in 2007 to join Premier Pacific Vineyards, she was overseeing payroll and accounting operations for both Newton and Domaine Chandon. April has been with Atlas Vineyard Management since its inception in 2012. As the Controller she oversees accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll. Her quick wit, accounting acumen, and efficiency plays a significant role in what makes Atlas successful.
